OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Any outstanding issues to be discussed at the next Parish Council meeting should be submitted to the Chairman at least 3 working days before the meeting.
PARISH COUNCIL MEETING, WEDNESDAY 15th AUGUST 2012
The next Meeting of Fimber Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall, Fimber, on Wednesday 15th August 2012 at 7.30pm.
Our Parish Council meetings are held four times a year and all residents of the Parish of Fimber have a right to attend and are very welcome to do so.
Our procedure at this and future meetings will be to allot a short period of time outside of the formal agenda, to hear and respond to queries and questions from residents and members of the public.
A copy of the Agenda will be published both here on the website and on the Village Notice Board in advance of the meeting.
